Pick up the car.

You schedule the pickup time directly with the car owner. Once you present your license, the car owner will hand over your insurance card, registration document, and Uber/Lyft vehicle inspection form. Upload the information to your Uber, Lyft, or other ridesharing portal. After checking off the vehicle inspection sheet, you'll be able to grab the key and go. Be sure to drive safely!

STEP-01

Set up an account & get your fleet approved today.

To get started, set up your personalized owner's login. After an account has been created and all required personal information uploaded, your cars are ready to be listed to the Marketplace. To add your rideshare-ready fleet to the Marketplace, upload the required vehicle information, rental prices, and three high-resolution pictures of your vehicle.

STEP-02

Receive bookings through your fleet owner account.

It’s simple! Once your vehicles are on the Marketplace, you will receive booking requests from drivers who want to rent your car. Just log in, approve the booking, and contact the driver to confirm local pick-up information.

STEP-03

Deliver the vehicle.

Once the booking is approved and pick up has been arranged, print out the registration document, vehicle inspection form, insurance card, and rental agreement directly from the RideShare Rental website. When the customer arrives for pick up, explain the insurance policy, review the rules, fill out the credit card authorization form, and ensure the customer is aware of the drop-off process and emergency contact info. Before handing over the keys, show the driver how easy it is to extend the rental on the app.

STEP-04

Manage your fleet and get paid.

The best way to ensure great customer service and high utilization is to consistently check your pending bookings, approvals, and message box. While your fleet is rented, it is protected with quality RideShare insurance through our proprietary insurance policy. We recommend equipping your cars with our telematics devices to ensure all your vehicles remain in excellent condition and can be precisely tracked. And when it comes to payments, you will be paid weekly for all car bookings!
